Receiving Your Refund

Replacing an Item

Canceling an Order

If you decide to cancel an order, please reach out as quickly as possible. Orders can only be canceled before shipment preparation begins. Once processing and dispatch activities are underway, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed after delivery.
